1. Each guest room can cater for a maximum of 3 adults, or 2 adults plus 2 children (under 12 years old).
2. Once the room is registered, no further changes on registered name(s) will be accepted.
3. The resort is not liable for any loss of valuable items in the resort premise. Please make use of our Safety Deposit Box
provided at the Front Desk if necessary.
4. Replacement of lost key will be charged at RM50 per re-issue.
5. Pets are not allowed in the premise.
6. Dragon Inn reserves the right to reject a guest registration or entry into the premise and such guest(s) would be
required to leave the premise. Grounds may include threatening, abusive and unreasonable behaviour, and any other actions causing disturbance to
other guests and employees.
7. Dragon Inn reserves the right to request immediate check-out of guests should they not follow the resort guidelines.
8. Check-in time is any time after 2:00pm. Check-out time is latest by 12:00 noon or a full day charge will automatically apply.
9. All reservations must be provided with credit card details (Visa and MasterCard only) for guarantee or cash deposit (personal cheque is not accepted) via bank transfers to the Dragon Inn bank account.
10. We accept cash in Ringgit Malaysia (RM) and valid credit cards only (Visa and MasterCard).
11. The total charge for first night accommodation is required as deposit.
12. Cancellations and amendments must be submitted to Dragon Inn 48 hours before the arrival date either by fax or e-mail (please ensure acknowledgement is received).
13. Deposit will only be fully refunded for any cancellations and changes made 48 hours before the arrival date.
14. Any changes made after the terms will not be accepted.
15. Any deposit made less than 48 hours will not be refunded.
1. Check-in time is 2:00pm and check-out time is 12:00 noon. Request of early check-in is subject to availability and late check-out can be arranged at a supplement charge.
2. Cancellations and changes made by a travel agent must be in written form either by fax or e-mail with 48 hours prior notice.
3. All payments must be settled in full (at least 3 working days) prior to the guest(s) arrival or else Dragon Inn reserves the right to release the booking and re-sell to the public without prior notice.
4. Cancellations and amendments must be submitted to Dragon Inn 48 hours before the arrival date either by fax or e-mail (please ensure acknowledgement is received).
5. Prepayment (item 3 above) will only be refunded in full if cancellations and amendments were made 48 hours prior to the arrival date.
